Gossard, Pretty Polly and The Gilded Merkin team-up for campaign
The Gilded Merkin’s Scarlett Daggers has been chosen to front a high-profile new campaign for famed brands Gossard and Pretty Polly.
Renowned as one of the leading burlesque/ cabaret nights in the UK, The Gilded Merkin is a big budget extravaganza that brings together the very best international acts – hand-picked by Scarlett – to The Glee Club, with shows in Nottingham (Scarlett, Gossard and Pretty Polly’s home town), Birmingham and Cardiff.
As part of the campaign to showcase Scarlett with the iconic Pretty Polly and Gossard brands, an exclusive photo-shoot was hosted by Birmingham-based photographer (and Nottingham Trent graduate) Lisa Williams, of Cherry Bomb Rock Photography, who specialises in retro and vintage photography.
Pretty Polly has been dressing legs beautifully since 1919, from sheers to opaques, timeless Nylons and everyday Naturals. As a British brand they are leaders in the hosiery industry pioneering innovation.
The Gossard brand is known globally for creating luxurious award winning lingerie that offers the perfect balance of comfort and excellence in fit from A-G cups, since 1901. Famous for, amongst others, its Superboost Lace push-up bra, Glossies sheer bra and Beautiful Corsetry.
The Gilded Merkin’s 2018 Glee shows are 11 March (Nottingham), 18 March (Birmingham), 20 May (Cardiff), 24 June (Nottingham), 14 October (Birmingham), 2 December (Nottingham) and 9 December 2018 (Cardiff).
