Top US comedians, family comedy, and a traditional three course Christmas meal are just some of the treats heading to the award-winning Glee Club this autumn.
Back on Thursday nights (October-November) is Pie Face Comedy, a chance to perk up your week with excellent food (courtesy of master pie makers Pieminister) and three stand-out stand-ups for just £16! Guests include Tom Stade, Sarah Keyworth, ITV’s The Job Lot’s Jo Enright, and more.
Christmas Comedy Specials are the order of the day throughout December, ensuring your festive season kicks off with a laugh. Alongside the very best comedians (including Jayde Adams, Carl Donnelly and Rob Deering), there’s the option of a great seasonal menu, and an After Party with a live DJ. Perfect for parties large or small!
Elsewhere in the Glee’s autumn season, look out for appearances from Aurie Styla, Guz Khan (Man Like Mobeen) and Dane Baptiste (BBC Three’s Sunny D), as part of the Comedymania Mega Tour (11 Nov); US superstar Iliza Shlesinger (13 Nov), whose fourth Netflix special, Elder Millennial, is out now; and Bafta-winning stand-up and voice of Love Island, Iain Stirling (25 Nov/ Returns Only).
The Glee Family Comedy Show (Sunday 30 December 2018) is also back. A lunchtime event for all the family (grandparents and all), it’s perfect for that extra holiday treat.
Finally, Dana Alexander, Jarred Christmas, hotly tipped Scottish comic Christopher MacArthur-Boyd and Mark Olver welcome in 2019, and make sure 2018 goes out with a guffaw, on New Year’s Eve (31 Dec).
